Q. Where is Airpark and how do we find you?
A. We are on Berry Street about 200 meters north of Wellington Avenue. Look for our sign on Wellington at Berry. Turn right on Berry at Wellington. You will see another Airpark sign on the right about ½ way up the block. Enter Airpark here.

Q. What do I get with the Airpark service?
A. When you use Airpark you get a first class Airport parking experience that comes from 21 years in the business. You can trust Airpark to provide a hassle free, seamless transition directly from your car to the Terminal and back to your car when you return. Our friendly and professional staff will assist you every step of the way. Options include a car wash service and Indoor parking.

Q. How do we use Airpark?
A. We offer continuous 24 hour shuttle service from your vehicle to the curb at the Airport Terminal. Just drive in, take an Outdoor or Indoor ticket (optional at extra cost), and park. A shuttle will meet you at your vehicle and our courteous driver will load your luggage for the 2 minute ride to the Airport Terminal. When you return our shuttle will pick you up at the Terminal, load your luggage and take you back to your car. Our driver then unloads your luggage for you at your car.

Q. How frequently do the shuttle vehicles run to and from the airport? What does the shuttle service include and what is the cost?
A. The shuttle takes 5 – 15 minutes for pick up at Airpark after you park, and at the airport when you return. The shuttle service includes first class transportation to and from the Airport Terminal and loading and unloading of your luggage. The shuttle service is FREE.
Q. How much time should I allow before I want to be at the Airport?
A. About 15 minutes.
Q. Will my vehicle be safe while I’m away? What kind of security do you have? Is someone there 24 hours a day?
A. Airpark offers a well-lit, gated and fully fenced facility, monitored and patrolled by our 24 hour, 2 way radio equipped staff. Your vehicle will be safe and secure while you are away. In our 21 years in business, Airpark has never had a car theft or vandalism incident. Airpark is secure airport parking!

Q. What value added services are offered by Airpark?
A. Airpark offers several car wash packages meticulously performed by hand, available as an optional service. We pamper your car while you are away, so you don’t have to take the time when you get back. We also offer Indoor parking, heated in winter and cool in summer. Choosing optional Indoor parking means you and your vehicle are not exposed to the hot sun, wet weather, or cold and snow.

Q. Do we need a reservation?
A. Reservations are not required. In the event that we are full we give you the option of leaving a key, and we will park your car as soon as a space becomes available, usually the same day. This service is available for Outdoor or Indoor parking.
Q. What hours does Airpark operate?
A. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Q. How do I find the Airpark shuttle when I return from my trip? How does the shuttle know I’m here?
A. When your flight returns, we’ll meet you at the Terminal and take you directly back to Airpark, where the driver will unload your luggage at your car. The shuttle will meet you outside Exit 2, at the curb on the main floor Arrivals level of the Terminal. Exits for shuttle pick ups are indicated by signs at the curb. You can wait for the shuttle in the terminal in bad weather. You don’t have to call for the shuttle because we meet all flight arrivals.
Q. Do I have to wait outside the Terminal in bad weather to be picked up by the Airpark shuttle?
A. No. Wait inside the terminal on the Arrivals level and watch for the shuttle through the window.
Q. What if I forget where I parked my car when I return?
A. Our shuttle driver will help you find your car. You will never find yourself pushing a luggage cart around searching for your car at Airpark.
Q. What if my car needs a boost to start?
A. We have portable battery boosters available for your use, at no charge, in the cashier booth.
Q. Do you have plug ins?
A. Yes, all outdoor stalls have plug-ins.
Q. How much is the CAA member – “Show your card and save” discount?
A. The CAA discount is $4.00 off your bill for your stay at Airpark (2-7 days); $6.00 for stays of 8 days or more.

Q. What is the airport access fee?
A. Airpark is charged a fee by the Winnipeg Airport Authority for dropping passengers at the Airport. The airport access fee contributes to this cost.
Q. What payment methods does Airpark accept?
A. Airpark accepts all major credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept cheques.
