"Just a short note regarding the ``Very high level of customer service`` I received from one of your employees around noon Friday December 31. I believe the gentleman`s name was Ron. I had returned to retrieve our car at your lot in Winnipeg after being away over the Christmas holiday. The battery was stone dead as a result of an interior light being left on. I was offered a boost but I could not open the frozen hood. It was extremely cold and windy and your driver offered me shelter in the garage while I tried to arrange for help. Unknown to me, while I was warm and dry your driver struggled with the cold and wind and managed to open the hood and get my car going. He then cheerfully returned me to my car. Ron is a credit to your organization and made a lasting impression on this very satisfied customer. Ron`s `Spirit of the season` and customer focus was greatly appreciated.``
